Good knowledge of the technical conditions that buildings and their location should meet.

Scoring thresholds: grade 3. 0 (Access) - min. 25 points, score 5,0 (very good) - min. 45 points points. Evaluation criteria: 1. protection of the natural and cultural environment value, improvement of the quality of sociallife; 2. Compositional values, quality and originality of architecture and land development (correctness of solutions) functional, constructional and material aspects, ergonomic rationality; 3.functional and therapeutic advantages architecture (compliance with the needs of users, staff, patients, the sick, the disabled; 4. Level of workshop skills (technical, graphic and aesthetic quality of the design, compatibility with scope and conditions of the study, timeliness, commitment.
