Cele przedmiotu

KODCel modułu/przedmiotu
C-1To introduce the students to basic concepts and problems in the field of construction law, understood as the law of building investments with elements of administrative proceedings (e.g. proceedings to obtain conditions for development, building permits, legalisation of unauthorised construction) and civil law (e.g. conclusion of a construction works contract and other contracts related to the construction process).
C-2Introduce students to basic concepts of general construction, i.e. classification of buildings, technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location, construction documentation, main structures and load bearing structures of buildings, structural and material solutions of elements of buildings and technologies of finishing works on buildings. Familiarise students with issues related to the building process, the obligations of participants in the building process and the principles of building object operation (maintaining the Building Object Book, technical inspections, repairs, technical wear and tear of a building object).
